Job Description:
Load pricing into GDPT system
Produce quotations based on portfolio manager email requests and upload associated pricing
Run monthly and quarterly usage reports to fulfill contract obligations
Work with Project Managers to pay associated fees
Help prioritize Regional Product Manager tasks and contract requests, working with Project Managers to understand decision path
Update government agency bid portals
Support roadway bids and work with channel on smaller renewal bids
Update SharePoint and Salesforce files with relevant notes/files
Qualifications:
CRM experience
Experience in contracts, export or analyst role
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in team environment take direction
5 days a week following USAC hours (Night Shift).
Follows a variety of generally defined procedures under general guidance. Handles multiple inquiries and develops solutions for moderately complex issues within the sales function. May coordinate activities of administrative staff and/or Non3M Workers.
