As the Project Controller, you will be the primary professional responsible for managing and regulating the documentation, schedule, and budget for the 50 MWac Magat Floating Solar Power Project. You will track project performance against baselines, identify trends or abnormalities, and initiate corrective changes to ensure the project meets its completion time and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Monitoring: Regularly track performance in terms of deliverables, milestones, and expenses.
- Planning & Baselines: Develop and manage project baselines for scope, timing, and budget.
- Scheduling: Update project schedules routinely and create S-Curves to visualize status.
- Contractor Coordination: Communicate with the EPC Contractor regarding cost status, budget threats, and Request for Information (RFIs).
- Document Control: Manage the electronic document management system and ensure compliance with project reporting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensure: Licensed Civil Engineer (Board passer with valid PRC ID).
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in project controls and construction management.
- Proven experience in power plant and energy storage project development.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and LGUs.
Technical Skills:
- Required: Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Understanding of Oracle Cost Management.
- Expert in maintaining digital records and using spreadsheet/presentation tools.
- Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure.
