Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in the comprehensive management and execution of project activities within an assigned program or contracted service. Your typical day involves coordinating various aspects of project delivery, ensuring alignment with global standards, and facilitating smooth progress through effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams. You will play a key role in maintaining project timelines, monitoring progress, and supporting the overall success of the program within a dynamic and globally distributed environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices. - Monitor project performance metrics and provide timely updates to leadership to aid in decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong capability in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management techniques. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and software to track and report progress. - Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for project optimization. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration to drive project success. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
