Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs or projects. This role requires managing various aspects of project execution within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth progress and alignment with organizational goals. The position involves continuous interaction with different stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables while adapting to dynamic project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to enhance productivity. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet objectives. - Support the development of best practices and process improvements within the team. - Promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. - Proficient in analyzing project performance metrics and generating insightful reports. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. - Ability to utilize project management tools and software to streamline workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
