Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs or projects. This role requires managing various aspects of project delivery within a globally distributed environment, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals. The position involves continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders to maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project members to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality and schedule. - Support the development and implementation of best practices to enhance project control processes. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong capability in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize delivery outcomes. - Proficient in risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and software to track and report project performance. - Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
