Job Description

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution within a globally distributed delivery framework. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, facilitates communication across teams, and supports the overall delivery objectives to meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with team members to enhance project workflows and processes. - Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and reports. - Support risk identification and mitigation efforts within the project lifecycle. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices. - Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to promote transparency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Required Skills: Experience with Financial Management, Commercial PMO. - Strong capability in monitoring and controlling project schedules and budgets. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze project data to support decision-making processes. - Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum less than 1 year(s) of experience is required
