About the job Project/Construction Manager - CebuJob Title: Senior Project Management/Construction Management ManagerJob Summary:Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Acts as a liaison between the client, contractor, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Maintain project documentation (Risk Register, Execution Plan, etc.)
- Review contractor deliverables (programs, testing plans, QA/QC, safety)
- Ensure contract compliance and effective communication among stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, and provide solutions
- Lead reporting and construction close-out processes
Supervisory Role:
- Manages external project team and Associate Project Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Licensed professional and PMP certification
- At least 8 years experience in residential construction projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SmartSheet)
Technical Skills:
- Construction planning and execution
- Risk management and problem-solving
- Knowledge of safety and QA/QC standards
- Contract review and compliance
