The Project Civil Engineer will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the Site Development, Construction and design implementation of the BESS Plant. This role is also responsible for ensuring the timely execution of the Project Construction Plan and Schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely construction activities and material deliveries.
- Supervise site development and civil works in compliance with project specifications, quality, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, prepare weekly reports, and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Inspect and manage materials, inventory, and project documentation for accuracy and traceability.
- Review construction drawings and coordinate equipment logistics with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and perform other assigned project-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Renewable Energy, BESS, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Knowledge of BESS, power substation construction, and civil/electrical works.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
- Willing to be assigned to the Navotas BESS Project Site.
