The Project Civil Engineer will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the Site Development, Construction and design implementation of the BESS Plant. This role is also responsible for ensuring the timely execution of the Project Construction Plan and Schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely construction activities and material delivery.
- Supervise site development and civil works, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Inspect materials, maintain project documentation, and coordinate equipment logistics.
- Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Renewable Energy, BESS, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Knowledge of BESS, power substations, and civil/electrical construction works.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willing to be assigned to the Pililla BESS Project Site.
