Job Description

Position: Application Support Manager / IT Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee application support services, including helpdesk operations and system configuration
  • Ensure stable, responsive system support and service delivery
  • Lead and manage the support team through task assignment and progress monitoring
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or service delivery
  • Strong background in SAP or other enterprise systems
  • Proven team management and leadership experience
