Job Description

Position: Application Support Manager / IT Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee application support services, including helpdesk operations and system configuration
Ensure stable, responsive system support and service delivery
Lead and manage the support team through task assignment and progress monitoring
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure service quality and adherence to performance targets

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or service delivery
Strong background in SAP or other enterprise systems
Proven team management and leadership experience
