The Market Developer will drive development and conversion of accounts in the province of Pampanga and within the Clark Freeport Zone.
He/She will lead outlet mapping for the area and directly cover identified outlets pushing AFCMI manufactured and traded products.
Upon conversion of the account, the Market Developer will then turn over to RD for regular sales servicing. The MD will then be tasked to ensure that regular servicing of the account by the RD Saels Team.
Key Activities, But Not Limited To The Following, Are
- Mapping of area to help identify potential outlets for AFCMI.
- Work with RD Sales Personnel
- Sales call on identified outlets and push relevant SKUs based on identified must push list for each channel
- Sizing/Prospecting of account potential including list and pricing of carried competitors as well as identify opportunities based on account menu/offering
- Prepare reports on sales calls, conversion, feedback on accounts that didn't buy, competitive activities and pricing, volume summary and other reports as needed by Area Sales Manager
- Negotiations, monitoring of sales samples and presentation to potential accounts.
