Location: Makati (Onsite)

Job Summary: Business Analyst

Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and management to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop process models, business cases, and reports to support project proposals and organizational goals.

Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired system states.

Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

System Analysis & Design: Evaluating existing IT processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and proposing improvements.

Bridge Communication: Acting as a liaison between business units and IT technical teams.

Project Support: Assisting with project plans, scheduling, and ensuring technology solutions align with business strategies.

Testing & Implementation: Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training users, and overseeing system deployment.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilizing data to analyze business operations and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT course.

8 years minimum actual IT Business Analyst and Project Management experience

Or at least 5-7 actual IT Business Analyst experience with Banking Experience
