General Duties
Work closely with the sustainability data team to implement the concept design of the data collection into Excel macros as well as leverage and improve other data-related tasks.
The person will directly report to the Senior Sustainability Data Manager and work closely with colleagues within the Investor Relations- Sustainability Office and across the SM Group.
Detailed Duties
. Provide suggestions and identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and propose Excel macro-based solutions to improve efficiency.
. Maintain detailed documentation of data collection processes, Excel macros, and standard operating procedures.
. Provide training and guidance to different business units involved in sustainability data collection and analysis as well as technical support to resolve data-related issues within the Excel macros.

Skills
. Advanced proficiency in creating and managing Excel macros for data automation, validation, analysis, and reporting.
. Proficiency in data management principles, including data collection, cleansing, validation, and integration.
. Ability to manage data projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate data management efforts with the sustainability data team
. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the sustainability data team and convey data insights to stakeholders.
Education
. Bachelor degree holder in a related field such as Excel macro development. Relevant study in environmental science, or sustainability studies is a plus.
Experience
. At least 5 years of work experience in Excel macro development. Experience in sustainability, sustainable development, environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility is a plus.
Responsibility
The Project-Based Excel Macro Expert will play a critical role in implementing the organization's concept design of the data collection into Excel macros as well as leveraging and improving other data-related tasks such as data validation, analysis, and reporting.
