Lead and execute store projects end-to-end, from design development and technical documentation to construction completion and turnover.
Prepare schematic layouts, full working drawings, Bill of Materials and permit requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
Monitor site progress and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with company standards.
Review shop drawings, material submittals and as-built plans for quality and adherence to specifications.
Provide technical support during bidding, cost validation, and store renovations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience in retail store planning, tit-out design, or architectural project management, preferably handling end-to-end projects from design development to construction turnover.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Photoshop, Enscape) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of MEP coordination, construction methods and building code compliance.
Experience in permit documentation, bill of materials preparation and bidding support.
Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for coordination with internal and external teams.
