Project Architect (Licensed - Entry level) - Davao based

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
• Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
• Attend coordination meetings
• Maintain site records including NTPs and site instructions
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with standards
• Verify completeness of work and accuracy of deliverables
• Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
• Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
• Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
