Project Architect

min 8 years of relevant working exp. As an architectural profession, including at least 5 yrs on projects of similar scale and complexity, particularly major buildings construction works and deep excavation. Relevant exp including design work.

- posses a degree in architecture or recognized degree in the relevant field by the BOA of Singapore or possess an equivalent recognized accreditation acceptable to the OIC.

- successfully completed at least one (1) project through the construction and handover stages.

- strong technical background with exp in project management and site coordination, preferrably in large scale civil and infrastructure work and multi-disciplinary construction projects.

- Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.

- Able to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications and project requirements. Proficient in navigating BIM models and using approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related documents.

- Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable of handling fast-paced projects.

- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CAG, and other stakeholders.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to interpret data driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.
