Coordinate project timelines and schedules across Strategy, Transformation, and Special Projects heads and members to develop and implement BPI strategies
Assist in the execution of implementation plans for specific topics as per management request
Conduct industry research as guided: for evaluating situational and regulatory context determining the banking landscape such as competitor movements, change in regulations, to support senior management decisions
Support initiatives relating to Ayala Corp. and group companies to realize synergies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business related field
2-5 years of work experience in business related coordination role
Background in financial services industry ideally
Experience in project coordination, research and data
Knowledgeable in project management tools is not necessary, but considered a plus e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, co-pilot
Familiarity with organizational stakeholder mapping and management
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently, driven, and takes accountability
