Project Analyst/Lead, SG Commercial Strategy

We are looking for a Project Analyst or Project Lead to support strategic initiatives and AI capability building aligned with Shopee Singapore Marketplace's commercial priorities. You will identify growth opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and business workflows.

• Drive Singapore e-commerce marketplace growth through strategic initiatives in partnership with senior stakeholders
• Support Shopee's AI capability building by identifying use cases, driving the deployment of AI-enabled capabilities, and improving business workflows
• Drive new growth initiatives by structuring ambiguous problems, sizing opportunities, conducting benchmarking, and defining scalable strategies
• Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, from development and implementation to business case realisation
• Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely and effective communication

• Minimum 1 year of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, or strategy
• Exposure to consumer, retail, e-commerce, or AI-related projects would be advantageous
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or automation tools would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative problems
• Experience working cross-functionally with external partners or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
