PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

About this role . . .
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and register dayworks summaries, record and register time v dayworks reviews.
- Revenue and Cost reviews and reporting.
- Preparation and submission of weekly and/or monthly invoices, progress claims and reports.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded and stored in a manner that allows effective and efficient project management from the initial set up of a project through to practical completion.
- Preparation and submission of weekly and/or monthly invoices, progress claims and reports.
- Maintain a current and accurate Master Document Register to ensure that all Tender & Construction drawings and documentation are captured and stored to be utilized as a reference and search tool for the Project Team.
- Ensuring all project documentation is receipted and logged in the appropriate registers.
- Manage the electronic filing of project related technical documentation, including drawings.
- Update roster/Schedules (in excel spreadsheet) with confirmed booking details.
- Monitoring compliance with document control requirements.
- Assist in the compilation of Contract Close Out Reports as required, including Manufacturer's Data Report, Installation and Operating Manuals and similar.
- General Administration duties.
- Complete all other assigned tasks within your capabilities.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Experienced with finance and accounting related tasks (Construction or Project experience preferred).
- Experienced with administration activities for projects including preparation of reports, spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Experience in administrative procedure and systems including document control, data entry and file management.
- Demonstrated high level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of communication skills including active listening, oral and written comprehension.
- Strong English
- Verbal and written communication skills - needs to able to book over the phone and email responses back to employee/s.
- Able to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High organization skills in order to meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize own workload
- Ability to work as a member of a team or independently
- Strong understanding of online booking tools and systems
- Maintains good attendance and punctuality
- Able to complete set daily tasks
