Your Role

As a Project Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Perth-based Personnel Logistics Group and their customers.

You Will

  • Process employee handover emails and manage associated data entry within both company and customer systems.
  • Issue employee flight itineraries for all customers and administer customer-required E-Learning modules.
  • Manage employee taxi claims processing and generate ad-hoc reports as required by the business.
  • Audit data entry and certification uploads on a scheduled basis to ensure total data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Perth-based Personnel Logistics team members to track the readiness and completion of assigned tasks while responding to queries in a timely manner.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within a large organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a typing speed of 65+ words per minute.
  • Proven ability to self-manage, exercise initiative, and adapt flexibly to changing priorities in a demanding environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Qualification in administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Official Microsoft Office Suite accreditation.
  • Previous exposure to and experience navigating complex internal and external customer systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team.
