Job Description

The Project Accountant role will be assigned in our Head Office in Mandaluyong City. This role combines financial management with administrative duties tied to a specific project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices for the project (collating all the supporting documents)
  • Assist in following up and recording customer collections
  • Assist in updating project replans in Epicor
  • Assist in project closure in Epicor
  • In charge in training new employee in Epicor
  • Undertake monthly time reconciliation and following up employee time entry completion
  • Batch time entries of employees with limited access in Epicor, ensuring that all employees have complete time entry for the period.
  • Collate all supporting documents for possible BIR audit
  • Maintain books of Account of the Project
  • Willing to work full onsite
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • With bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related courses
  • Possesses at least 3 years of actual working experience in accounting-related functions
  • Has knowledge in financial planning and accounting software
