Position: Project Accountant - Real Estate

Location: 1880 Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Your Role:

As a Project Accountant - Real Estate, you will be responsible for all trust and operational accounting for the real estate business. Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage trust accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable for the real estate entity.
• Perform trust receipting, disbursements, and reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets and detailed cashflow forecasts.
• Reconcile variable outgoings and process payroll.
• Execute BAS preparation, reporting, and management of financial analysis.
• Monitor performance and accountability through detailed reporting.
• Maintain daily communication with Australian real estate staff.

What You Need: Non-negotiables

• Strong accounting knowledge across both transactional and reporting functions.
• Proven experience interpreting and analyzing financial reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero (essential).
• Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Australian accounting standards or legislation (preferred).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience using Property Tree (highly preferred).
• Previous experience in a senior or leadership-oriented accounting role.
• Ability to manage multiple financial engagements or entities simultaneously.
