Your Role
- Provide administrative services for the Commercial team as required;
- Resolve client (internal/external), suppliers queries regarding invoices, purchase orders etc.
- Organize information into reports and databases (MRMS/JDE).
- Maintain and update accurate records in relevant archiving and filing systems.
- Understand the relationships between systems, the data they house and function they perform.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Raising invoices.
- Review own work for accuracy.
- Adhere to governance and compliance requirements associated with executing above tasks.
What You Need
- 2 years prior experience in a commercial accounting or professional practice role.
- Experience in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards
- Accounting or Finance tertiary qualification (degree).
- Working towards Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) Program or equivalent.
- Sound computer skills - MS Office Suite particularly Word and Excel.
