The Project Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial planning and budget management of the company, assists in consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial results.
The role is responsible for updating the Project Financials, comparing the Latest Estimate vs Approval to Launch.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.
Qualifications
Must have at least 13 years of related experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with prior experience in a real estate company.
A graduate of BS Accountancy
Preferably a holder of CPA license or similar certifications
Knowledge
Accounting operations for real estate development
MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP)
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
