Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for project accounting activities, including project financial management, accounts reconciliation, and cost control. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Handle financial accounting and related financial management activities for project operations.
  2. Manage the accounting and financial treatment of project materials and construction in progress (CIP), including the capitalization of completed projects and the transfer of construction in progress to fixed assets, as well as providing related financial support.
  3. Manage accounts payable and monitor the aging of outstanding balances and other intercompany/business receivables and payables.
  4. Provide financial support for project contracts and procurement activities.
  5. Perform other important duties and assignments authorized or delegated by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or other related disciplines.
  2. At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience in the telecommunications industry. Overseas work experience is preferred.
  3. High standards of professional ethics; familiar with relevant financial management policies, regulations, and the company's financial management policies and procedures. Familiar with financial accounting and general accounting processes, with strong professional judgment and project analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong teamwork capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  5. Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in English in daily work and professional settings. Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
