Job Responsibilities
- Ability to de velop and implement a broad range of casino programs, events and promotional activities for the Casino.
- Responsible for executing the activities set by management, assist in all the paperwork and filing of documentation for promotions, and supervise a team of coordinators.
- Ability to manage different projects simultaneously and to produce quality results.
- Prepare documentation to support all promotions.
- Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective process flow for events and promotions.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain event budget.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Experience in Casino Marketing, Casino Programs, and similar industry.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and produce quality results.
