The Programmer Analyst Delivers L2 application support, maintenance, and enhancements for assigned systems, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Resolve production incidents within SLA and collaborate with vendors when needed. Analyze issues and implement preventive solutions to reduce recurring incidents. Develop and enhance applications based on business and technical requirements and conduct unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 application support, resolving production incidents within SLA and coordinating with vendors when required
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to minimize recurring system issues
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing applications and services
  • Develop and enhance applications by coding based on approved business and technical requirements
  • Handle service requests and application-related enhancements within the assigned service catalogue
  • Perform unit testing and validate results to ensure code quality and functionality
  • Provide technical support during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance and delivery of enhancements
  • Contribute to the bank's digital transformation initiatives through reliable and scalable application solutions
  • Support and maintain MuleSoft integrations and APIs, ensuring reliable data flow across systems

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in application support
  • Skilled in PowerShell, PL/SQL, .NET, and Java
  • Experience with Oracle APEX and databases
  • Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes
  • L1/L2 support experience (preferred)
  • Banking domain knowledge (a plus)
  • MuleSoft exposure or integration experience
