Trainees who want hands-on experience building production-grade systems.
What Youll Work On
- Build and maintain programs for real internal tools and workflows
- Help develop and maintain web interfaces (HTML/CSS/JavaScript; frameworks are a plus)
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing
- Assist in feature development, enhancements, and documentation
- Collaborate with a small team to solve practical technical challenges (automation, data handling, APIs, internal dashboards)
What Were Looking For
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals (logic, data structures, debugging)
- Willingness to learn modern development practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
Preferred (Nice To Have)
- Any exposure to Rust, or related languages: C++, Node.js, ASP.NET
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub (commits, branches, pull requests)
- Basic web development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS)
