The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, digital media buying, or campaign management
• Hands-on The Trade Desk (TTD) experience strongly preferred; candidates without TTD must have proven hands-on experience across multiple DSPs beyond DV360 alone
• Experience with at least two DSPs, including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or comparable platforms
• Experience managing display, online video, CTV, audio, and native programmatic campaigns
• Hands-on expertise in campaign setup, ad trafficking, creative implementation, tags, pixels, tracking, QA, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike modeling, A/B testing, bidding, pacing, and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating KPIs, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CM360, or similar advertising and measurement tools
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, deadlines, and optimization priorities with accuracy
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent working skills
• Knowledge of emerging programmatic technologies, privacy developments, and digital advertising practices

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and execute programmatic strategies aligned with business goals, audience opportunities, and defined KPIs
• Manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple DSPs, with a primary focus on The Trade Desk, plus platforms such as DV360 and Amazon DSP
• Activate campaigns across display, online video, CTV, audio, and native formats
• Oversee budgets, pacing, bidding, targeting, campaign structure, naming conventions, and daily optimization
• Handle ad trafficking, including creative uploads, tags, pixels, tracking setup, QA, and measurement validation
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, reporting, and platform discrepancies across DSPs, ad servers, and publishers
• Coordinate creative specifications, approvals, version control, and platform updates
• Analyze performance data and turn results into clear reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
• Work across ad technology and measurement tools including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CM360
• Support first-party data activation, privacy-safe targeting, and evolving post-cookie strategies
• Stay current with programmatic trends, platform updates, privacy requirements, and industry best practices
• Communicate campaign progress, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
