The Program Sales Specialist is responsible for driving structured adoption of priority seller programs across the Woolworths MarketPlus marketplace ecosystem.

This role executes high-volume, insight-led outreach to sellers to increase adoption of:

  • Trade programs (Promotions & Deals)
  • Product feature adoption (e.g., Combined Shipping)
  • GTM initiatives and seasonal campaigns
  • Sponsored placements (where relevant)
  • Operational improvement initiatives (as defined by the business)

The role acts as the execution engine behind business-defined priorities, ensuring programs don't just get designed, but get adopted at scale.

What You'll Do:

Program Adoption & Outreach

  • Execute structured outbound campaigns to sellers aligned to priority initiatives
  • Engage sellers via phone, email and CRM workflows
  • Clearly articulate the commercial and operational value of each program
  • Drive commitment and conversion within defined campaign windows

Trade & Promotions Activation

Drive seller participation in:

  • Promotional events
  • Tactical deal windows
  • Category-led campaigns
  • Ensure sellers understand mechanics, timelines and commercial expectations
  • Track and report conversion rates

Product Feature Adoption

Drive adoption of key platform capabilities such as:

  • Combined shipping
  • Sponsored placements (if in scope)
  • Fulfilment improvements
  • Educate sellers on impact to conversion, basket size and CX

GTM & Strategic Initiative Support

Support new program launches by:

  • Executing targeted outreach lists
  • Following up on campaign commitments
  • Closing adoption gaps
  • Act as feedback loop to Enablement and Product teams

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking

Report weekly on:

  • Outreach volume
  • Adoption conversion rates
  • Revenue / GTV influence
  • Barriers to uptake
  • Identify patterns and recommend optimisation opportunities

What You'll Need:

Must-Have

2–5 years in:

  • Inbound and outbound sales
  • Account coordination
  • B2B telesales
  • Marketplace or e-commerce support

  • Strong commercial communication skills
  • Confident phone presence
  • Ability to handle objections and drive commitments
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to structured targets and KPIs
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar)

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with AU or UK markets
  • Marketplace or e-commerce experience
  • Exposure to promotions, digital marketing or online retail
  • Data literacy — ability to interpret basic performance metrics
