Responsibilities (listed in order of importance):

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, to monitor and track progress.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients, effectively motivate the team, and lead them to complete the project. Identify customer pain points and the value the team provides to the customer.
• Track bug status and project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals, with the ability to trace and resolve root issues.
• Manage project budgets to ensure that all projects are executed within budget, delivered on schedule, and meet planned outcomes.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client expectations, continuously improving project processes.

Qualifications (listed in order of importance):

• Over 5 years of project management experience with a technical development background, experience managing complex projects, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and team management skills, capable of effectively coordinating team cooperation.
• Proficient in English speaking and communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of working under pressure.
• Diligent, with strong self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
• Strong customer empathy, skilled at understanding client needs and translating them into engineering language.
• Experience in providing AI solutions to partners in project management is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Master of Science, or equivalent education.

Project Introduction

Microsoft has introduced powerful integrated development environments Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code to developers for unified application development, debugging, optimization, testing, deployment, etc. on Windows/Linux/Mac platforms. CSI provides corresponding manual and automated testing services for core functions such as diagnosis and debugging, performance optimization, installation, Web development, .NET Core development and other core functions involved in the development tools to ensure that the corresponding functions of these tools can be released smoothly in each version. The current team is distributed in different countries and regions, and the main delivery focus on completing the testing for each stage of the product. At present, the test scope has been extended from the Visual Studio test based on the Windows platform to the test of Visual Studio Code under Windows/Linux/Mac/Android. CSI has mastered the ability about the cross-platform and Azure automatic test.
