Job Description

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery. - Provide training and support to team members on project management best practices and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Quality Assurance (QA). - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to utilize project management software for planning and tracking project progress. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
