Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives and drive continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Engage in continuous learning and improvement of project management practices to enhance team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for planning and tracking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive informed decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
