The work:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting the desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and project outcomes.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Here's what you'll need:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Management Governance.
Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
This position is based at our Manila office.
