Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects, closely monitoring the progress of deliverables, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with various stakeholders. The position demands balancing priorities, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that outcomes meet the expectations of all involved parties. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication channels within and across teams to promote transparency and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project delivery quality. - Support the development and mentoring of team members to foster professional growth and skill enhancement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Agile Team Practices. - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies to guide teams in iterative delivery. - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Ability to apply Agile principles to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively. - Skilled in using Agile project management tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and remove impediments within Agile teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Team Practices. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
