Program/Project Management Lead

The position demands coordination across different teams and continuous evaluation of project milestones to maintain quality and timeliness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to foster a cohesive working environment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. - Support the development and mentoring of team members to build capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and web application architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable web applications. - Proficient in integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques related to web applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
