Program/Project Management Lead

Role Overview:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of programs or projects to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to manage expectations, risks, and results.

Summary:

As a Project Scheduler, you will support the successful delivery of programs by developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong coordination with stakeholders, proactive risk management, and clear communication to address challenges and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with clear WBS, dependencies, and alignment to milestones
• Ensure schedule quality through proper logic, minimal constraints, and accurate critical path identification
• Conduct risk analysis and scenario planning to manage timelines effectively
• Monitor progress and provide forecasting, milestone reporting, and lookahead insights
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional
• Strong experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and delivery coordination
• Solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze data to support decision-making and improve efficiency
• Experience in Program Control Services is a plus

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control or related roles
• Role is based in Cebu
