JOB SUMMARY: Provides and manages relevant, timely and cost-effective technology work environment and services to project teams in Accenture Delivery Centers in the Philippines based on ISA Experience Level Agreement (XLA)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Performance Area
Responsible for end to end IT transition of projects in facilities/locations.
Plans and manages the enablement of new deals, expansions, wrap-up, and project movements.
Budgets the time and expenses of ISA IT resources during transition.
Arranges the required resources of a project as far as IT infrastructure is concerned.
Performs appropriate performance testing and considers contingencies.
Identifies and manages risks and ensures mitigation of those risks.
Tracks and reports the progress and status of transition to all stakeholders.
Provides the infrastructure requirements of the Business Continuity Program / Disaster Recovery Plan defined by the project. Participates in the execution of disaster recovery tests by providing engineers for infrastructure testing.
Periodically organizes project meetings to discuss outstanding issues. Attends client meetings as required.
Prepares, manages and maintains the Addendum to the SLA with the business.
Obtains signoff of technology delivery from the projects.
Collaborates with Mobilization Team / Client Services Organization and onshore IT during pre-sales and transition stage.
Participates actively in the sales process, cost estimation and client connectivity design with Client Connectivity Team.
Acts as the escalation point of contact for issues and other project concerns.
Performs escalation within ISA, businesses and to client's senior executives as necessary.
Ensures compliance with Unified Transition Methodology.
Prepares annual forecast of the technology budget and performs monthly tracking and reporting for each project.
Ensures cost recovery from each project and business.
Periodically reviews technology optimization opportunities and coordinates its implementation.
Communicates to and secures approval from client for IT infrastructure modifications and improvements required by project and/or endorsed by ISA.
Identifies, submits, and monitors successful completion of Request for Assistance, Transition Ticket Request, TSM Effort Hours and Change Management Requests.
Ensure that projects are satisfied with the ISA services and support.
Identifies and manages improvement initiatives within the Technology business.
Ensures that the business requirements are aligned with the IT processes and Standards.
Participates in client IT Security and infrastructure audits and ISA internal quality audits.
Performs assigned activities or tasks which are aligned to the set objectives/priorities by the management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Preferably graduate of Engineering course, in any of the following discipline:
Electronics and Communications Engineering
Computer Engineering
Or, graduate of B.S. in Computer Science, or Information Technology
WORK EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledgeable in the following:
Networking concepts
Specific technology relevant to Accenture
Cloud Technologies – Azure, Amazon, etc.
Network – Juniper, Cisco router and simulation, VPN firewalls, etc.
Server – Windows Server OS, MS Active Directory services, etc.
Workstation – Windows/iOS systems, Microsoft Office Suite
