Program/Project Management Lead

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects, closely monitoring the progress of deliverables, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with various stakeholders. The position demands balancing multiple priorities, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are progressing smoothly to meet expected outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance. - Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to integrate backend services with frontend frameworks effectively. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
