Job Title: Project Manager - UKG Ready Implementation Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing UKG Ready products. The ideal candidate should have exposure to SaaS implementations, exposure to HR, WFM and Payroll process, possess comprehensive IT implementation skills, and demonstrate a successful track record of managing stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: . Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of UKG Ready products. . Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. . Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. . Assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks during the implementation process. . Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in North America, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant fields. . Proven experience (at least 3 years) in project management, particularly in SaaS implementation. . Strong familiarity with UKG Ready products or similar workforce management solutions. . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with North American stakeholders. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
