Program/Project Management Lead

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the overall delivery of programs and projects to ensure that business outcomes are achieved. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Experience in risk management and mitigation planning. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
