Job Description

The Program Officer for Rewards is responsible for ensuring the relevance and growth of the customer value proposition within the assigned credit program area. The role manages the full lifecycle of rewards-related initiativesfrom conceptualization and development to launch, awareness, and post-implementationwhile collaborating with technology, sales, marketing, and analytics teams. The position drives innovation, profitability, and customer loyalty by nurturing the rewards program, monitoring market trends, and aligning projects with BPI's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery of the customer value proposition for the assigned program.
  • Monitors customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging trends to enhance program features
  • Grows and nurtures the rewards program to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Develops and implements communication materials (fact sheets, guidelines, cascades)
  • Identifies opportunities for program improvements and lead new feature development
  • Secures approvals for annual plans, targets, and product initiatives
  • Manages project timelines, budgets, and compliance with bank policies
  • Designs customer journeys and processes based on user requirements
  • conducts UAT and oversees post-implementation activities
  • Delivers profitability and cost-efficiency of the program area
  • Presents and obtains approvals for annual plans and targets
  • Uses business analytics and intelligence to understand key business drivers
  • Collaborates with internal units (CRM, Technology Services, Risk & Analytics, Compliance, Marketing, Channels
  • Maintains partnerships with external rewards aggregators, airline miles partners, SMS providers, and mobile app service providers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or related field
  • At least 24 years in Marketing, Digital, or Communications roles
  • Strong foundation in marketing management, product management, finance, data analysis, and project management
  • Decision-making and analytical ability
