About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of internal products and strategic engineering initiatives. This role brings structure, predictability, and forward‑looking execution to complex, cross‑functional programs. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery using scalable program management practices.
What You'll Do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical programs and internal products
- Translate business objectives into clear program plans with milestones and outcomes
- Drive execution across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and decision‑making frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system architecture, risks, and dependencies
- Standardize delivery processes across teams to improve speed and consistency
- Communicate program status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring quality and security standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with proven delivery outcomes
- Strong background in managing complex technical programs in software engineering environments
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with modern architectures (cloud, APIs, distributed systems)
- Hands‑on experience with tools like Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience in US Insurance - Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Background in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure programs
- Familiarity with metrics‑driven engineering organizations

Arrangements
- Open to working night shifts
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week onsite
