Overview:
The Program Manager will partner directly with the Senior Director of IT to coordinate, track, and execute technology initiatives. This role drives alignment, structure, and follow-through across projects that span engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator and systems thinker with strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and the ability to work across multiple time zones and teams.
This position is a night shift work-from-home position with a typical schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor multiple IT and software development projects.
Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk logs in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365.
Partner with project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are clear and tracked.
Summarize project progress, blockers, and next steps for executive reporting.
Manage dependencies across teams (engineering, operations, compliance) and escalate issues early.
Support documentation and governance tracking for audits, release management, and change control.
Lead regular cadence meetings (daily standups, weekly syncs, monthly reviews) to ensure clarity and accountability.
Create structured templates, reports, and tools that help the IT team work efficiently.
Qualifications:
5+ years of program or project management experience in IT, software, or compliance-heavy environments.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to simplify complex updates.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience using Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or cloud-native systems is a plus.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT governance.
Comfortable working overlapping hours with U.S. leadership and leading teams across time zones.
Preferred:
Experience working with engineering teams or in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with the SDLC, DevOps, or software release processes.
Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or ClickUp.
