Job Description

Analyse and diagnose existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Design current-state and future-state processes using structured frameworks such as SIPOC, value stream mapping, and process flow diagrams.
Lead end-to-end process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
Drive adoption of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and performance metrics to support improvement initiatives.
Implement redesigned workflows, ensuring operational alignment, minimal disruption, and long-term sustainability.
Establish and monitor KPIs, tracking performance, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement post-implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and support change management efforts.
Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.
Analyse operational data and report project progress, savings, and impact to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal CandidateNonNegotiables

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum).
5-10 years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.
Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC).

GoodtoHaves

Master's degree (MBA or related discipline).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Exposure to automation, RPA, or BPM platforms.
Strong facilitation experience (workshops, Kaizen, process mapping sessions).
