Program Manager / Portfolio Manager

The Program/Portfolio Manager is the client-facing delivery owner responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and programmes. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, client relationship management, commercial governance, and executive escalation handling.

You will act as the bridge between the client, client stakeholders, partners and internal delivery teams to ensure programmes are delivered successfully, commercially governed correctly, and escalations are resolved proactively. You will manage Statements of Work, delivery governance, stakeholder communication, contractual alignment, and portfolio health across multiple concurrent engagements.

This is a senior operator role for someone who understands how enterprise programmes run in reality - balancing client expectations, delivery execution, commercials, risks, and executive relationships simultaneously.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, consulting, systems integration, or programme management.
• Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts or portfolios across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and escalation handling experience.
• Experience managing enterprise clients in banking, telecom, retail, insurance, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, programme management, and enterprise delivery models.
• Experience handling SOWs, scope management, contractual governance, and commercial discussions.
• Strong communication and client-facing leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure enterprise environments while maintaining delivery confidence and stakeholder trust.
• Strong understanding of cloud transformation, enterprise platforms, AI/data programmes, or digital transformation initiatives.
