TaskUs Program Manager (PGM) is the strategic Architect for a key account, responsible for building the roadmap, processes, and a high-performing team that develops world-class training content for one of the world's most disruptive technologies. You are the bridge between complex client technical requirements and the creative output of your team, ensuring content is accurate, scalable, and delivered on time. Success is measured by project success, client satisfaction, and the operational health of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, manage the intake pipeline, and resolve blockers or escalations.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of Sr. Leads and Instructional Designers drive team alignment through daily standups, calibration sessions, and weekly meetings and support new hire onboarding and upskilling.

  • Quality & Metrics: Execute Quality Assurance (QA/QC) oversight, analyze team metrics (e.g., utilization, idle time), and conduct deep-dive reviews into Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and L1/L2 KPI results to drive performance trends.

  • Client Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, manage client-requested tasks, and compile/report team statistics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Weekly Status (WTS) updates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of large-scale project/program management, 5+ years in Learning & Development (L&D), Instructional Design, or Content Strategy, and 3+ years of people management (specifically managing other leads or creative teams).

  • Industry Focus: Proven experience in a highly regulated or technical industry (e.g., Aviation, Transportation, AI/Tech, or Medical Services).

  • Technical & Data Skills: Proficiency with Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira). Required ability to interpret data/metrics to drive decision-making, with experience in SQL or robust Excel/Sheets data visualization.

  • Education: BA/BS degree in a relevant field (e.g., Learning Development, Instructional Design) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing presentation skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining and building scalable training solutions for a diverse international audience.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone.

  • Experience using e-learning tools (i.e., Articulate, Captivate) and video editing software.

  • Proven excellence in developing fully ADA-compliant training deliverables.
