Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and cross-functional coordination.
Strong customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and order fulfillment, with good analytical skills (e.g., forecast analysis).
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams and drive KPIs across functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the program team to ensure all departmental responsibilities and objectives are effectively executed.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, providing direction and timely resolution to issues or escalations.
Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, working closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful product launches.
Align internal cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, planning) to meet customer expectations for delivery schedules and product performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the main communication channel for all program-related matters.
Manage business risks and commercial matters, including handling claims, negotiations, and write-off decisions with customers.
Monitor demand and supply performance, including forecast analysis (e.g., waterfall charts) and ensuring order fulfillment meets customer requirements.
Drive and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer accounts, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery, quality, and service levels.
