Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a Product developments that spans across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project planning, Product Management, proven leadership in global deployments, and the ability to act as a Lead to drive workshops, define activities, manage multiple scrum team and manage a number of Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Program Management: Lead the end-to-end development of a global solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

2) Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with different stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while managing cross-functional teams.Manage varied stakeholder expectation who are spread across the globe. Stakeholders could be multiple Hitachi or Non-Hitachi entities.

3) Process Management: Act as a Lead to facilitate workshops with stakeholders, identify current and future-state processes, and produce detailed process maps and documentation.

4) Team Management: Provide guidance to different teams (Product owners, UI/UX, Development) and ensure project bottlenecks are addressed.

5) Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle.

6) Change Management & Training: Develop and execute change management plans, including behaviour change programs and user adoption strategies, to ensure a smooth transition.

7) Experience Requirements: Bring 14+ years of overall experience, with at least one successful end-to-end product development experience.

8) Travel: The role may involve occasional international travel.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise across product management, team management, stakeholder management and expectation management.
