Job Summary
- Responsible for managing the overall delivery of top enterprise and transformation projects to
- consistently attain the common strategic goals and continuously improve the Bank's performance,
- capabilities, and operating platforms. The Program Manager oversees each activity related to the
- assigned project and has in-depth knowledge of the individual components and phases of the
- project. The role exercises discretion and decides when intervention is needed and the
- appropriate action to undertake at any stage of the project.
How will you contribute
- 1. Leads in the initiation and delivery of assigned enterprise and transformation projects of
- the Bank.
- 2. Drives stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across sponsors, cross functional
- teams and other stakeholders.
- 3. Anticipates risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- 4. Regularly reviews project status and attained milestones. Acts as the clearing house for
- project-related issues and concerns and recommends appropriate action or resolution to
- intervene and solve the issues. Collaborates with business and IT project managers to
- address any deviations.
- 5. Monitors the progress of all assigned projects and preserves the alignment of the project
- objectives and milestones with the Bank's overall strategies and priorities.
- 6. Guides and supports business and IT program managers in their tasks to ensure
- successful delivery of projects.
- 7. Participates in the development and continuous improvement of project management and
- governance.
What will make you successful
- College degree, preferably Business Administration,
- Management, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering
- course
- 3-5 years experience on program or project
- management
- Must have the ability to handle confidential
- information/records since most discussions are highly
- confidential
- Must be proficient with MS Office to be used in data
- analysis, document writing and visual presentations
- Can communicate with the Board of Directors and
- Senior Management to keep the project aligned with
- the Bank's goal/strategy
- Can assess and adjust project timeline and budget
- accordingly, when necessary
- Can perform quality control throughout the project
- life cycle (from initiation to closure)
